the angels have asked us to work with them and create a

worldwide grid of angelic energy � a world angel grid.
by participating, you can help the angels to:

stevan has been channeling messages from angel ariel in which the angels have been requesting our help. the angels are requesting that the iet community work directly with them to introduce a special infusion of angelic energy designed to bring about a much higher level of peace, harmony, and love in our lives and in the lives of people worldwide. this angelic energy will help to clear resistance to love that are creating global warming, civil wars, and unrest worldwide.

the angels cannot effectively bring their angelic energy of transformation to the earth plane alone. but with our help, together, we can accomplish the angels� mission.

angel ariel has requested that members of the worldwide iet community work with the angels at a specific time on two specific days. they are not asking us to travel to one location on the earth, but rather, they are asking us to each participate from our own geographic area and follow a special energy process which will result in the creation of a worldwide grid of angelic energy. angel ariel calls this the �world angel grid�. spiritual growth follows a quantum step path and the world angel grid will support the world in taking that next quantum step along its spiritual path.

when stevan first received angel ariel�s request, he thought �we are but a few thousand people in a world of billions of people, how can we really make a difference?�. she replied by showing him a humorous metaphor of a dog being wagged by its tail. she reminded him that the acronym for world angel grid is wag. she then went on to say that together, like the tail wagging the dog, in essence we are going to �wag the world�. angel ariel reminded stevan that it takes only a small amount of light to illuminate a dark room. she informed him that our iet community, while small in comparison to the world�s total population, has reached a sufficient size to allow us to bring in more than enough angelic energy to support the next quantum step in spiritual growth. and it requires your help and support.

as with all angelic energy techniques, we must first bring into our own life the energy that we will then share with others. therefore you can look at the world angel grid as a spiritually selfish process. that is, by participating in the creation of the grid you will interconnect with, and benefit from, the incredible angelic energy of the grid. in addition, your participation will greatly benefit the people of the world and mother earth. we will be working as a powerful spiritual community to heal the world one heart at a time starting with your own.

2005 - cutting the cords of codependency, living your life�s essential action, and being free!

angel ariel predicted that the healing theme for 2004 was going to be freedom. well, she was definitely right! all you had to do was listen to the news and you heard about freedom. there was operation iraqi freedom, freedom from terror, freedom of choice, freedom for gays to marry, freedom of the press, etc. we know from metaphysics that if we want to support the causes of freedom in the world, we must first work to achieve freedom in our own life.

freedom is defined as the quality or state of being that is without constraint, coercion, or necessity in choice or action. true freedom is not dependent on external circumstances. rather, it is an inner state of being. when we are truly able to live from our empowered heart energy and express our life�s essential action, we are free. and conversely when we are free, we are able to live from our empowered heart energy and express our life�s essential action. the primary cause of our loss of freedom is our attempt to give away our energy in order to obtain love and approval from others, as well as to control the behavior of others (something psychologists call codependency).

angel faith is the healing angel whose gift is faith and the freedom it brings. i channeled many messages from angel faith who was eager to share her wisdom in an effort to help us find and keep our freedom. i combined angel faith�s wisdom with iet energy techniques to create the new iet freedom process that lets you easily cut the energy cords of codependency and be free.

the iet freedom process uses the power of the iet forgiveness process (in which we imprint the sacred geometry of the mer-ka-ba into the secondary chakras in the palms of our hands) to create angelic energy halos that act like laser beams to cut the cords of codependency. not only can you use the iet freedom process on yourself to achieve freedom, but you can also use it to help others achieve freedom too.

being able to quickly cut the cords of codependency is especially important to anyone who has used the iet empowered heart energy process. the empowered heart energy is so powerful that it causes you become energetically like a hot air balloon lifting off the ground and ascending. some people will be in perfect resonance with your empowered heart energy. they will be inspired with the journey that you are taking, and will eagerly join you in your wonderful journey of transformation. however, some people will be polarized into fear by your empowered heart energy, and out of fear they will try to hold you and your life down. as you use the iet freedom process to cut the cords of codependency, you will be free and your life can soar!

when we cut the cords of codependency, we release our need for approval from others, and no longer act codependently. nor do we act independently. rather, we live our life interdependently with others. we look inward and upward to the divine for approval, and we express our life�s essential action openly in service to those people who are wonderfully open to receive it.

freedom-based interdependent relationships are a necessity for us to live our life�s essential action effectively in the world. it should not be surprising, therefore, that according to angel ariel, "sacred relationships" will be the healing theme for 2005.

2004 - attaining freedom

what a year 2003 has been. the expanding angelic energies, combined with the harmonic concordance in november, have truly made this a year of positive transformation and change. the angelic energy that began in 2003 has been supporting everyone in the iet community to be able to cultivate and live from an energy that the angels call the empowered heart. people who have an empowered heart are hard to miss. they radiate a countenance of peace around them, they are filled with compassion, they have an expanded sense of their life�s purpose, they easily attract people, places, settings, and circumstances necessary for them to live their soul�s mission, they see their life�s work as part of a higher plan, and they make a significant positive impact on our world. the most famous examples of people throughout history who had an empowered heart include: mother mary, quan yen, buddha, mohammed, and jesus. also, in our modern world, nelson mandela, mother theresa, gandhi, and the dalai lama have an empowered heart. there are also countless people throughout history who embody this empowered heart energy, but who have remained anonymous.

it is easiest for me to explain the empowered heart from an energetic standpoint. it starts with forgiveness (which was our 2002 energy focus). as forgiveness opens your heart center (iet cellular memory area 6), and clears your anger (area 7), the energy of your power center (area 8) can unite with the energy of your heart center. this union of heart and power creates the "empowered heart". we each have the potential to have an empowered heart and to live our lives from the empowered heart energy. when we do, we automatically express our true essence into the world in service to others.

angel ariel describes this true essence as being like a core seed that is within each of us. we all have this seed encoded in our 4th dna pair. when we express this true essence, we are each the perfect piece in the giant mosaic of god�s divine plan. the angels call this expression of our true essence our "essential action".

every soul has an essential action, and this essential action can be stated in a single word, and more specifically, a single verb. this single verb is called your essential action. according to angel ariel, your entire reason for being, your soul�s essence, your piece of the divine plan that you have been created to be, the divine service you are here to give, is crystallized by a single verb. the empowered heart energy and your essential action are closely related. when you are expressing your essential action, you radiate the empowered heart energy into the world. likewise, when you are radiating the empowered heart energy, you are inclined to express your essential action.

over the past year angel ariel revealed to me pieces of an angelic energy process that uses iet energy, sacred geometry, and a special hand mudra (or hand position) to help us each develop an empowered heart and discover our essential action. we were able to put all the pieces together to form the iet empowered heart - essential action process. at the mi retreat this year, over 100 iet master-instructors joined their energy together, enacted this process, empowered their hearts, and discovered their life�s essential action. then, with the angel�s help, we journeyed through the angelic veils into a future lifetime in which we mastered the empowered heart energy and lived our essential action. we then brought that knowledge and energy back into this lifetime. if you were unable to attend the retreat, you can still participate in these processes simply by listening to the audio recordings of the empowered heart - essential action process and the future life progression process that we made.

i have learned from angel ariel that as we develop an empowered heart and live our essential action, energetic links to other people that create co-dependency can limit our effectiveness. ariel has begun to share her insights with me about releasing our co-dependent energetic links to others and replacing our co-dependent actions with independent actions. independent actions create the energy of "freedom", and freedom is our healing theme for 2004. freedom starts with each of us and then grows from us to the world. i will share more about the topic of freedom and ways to use iet energy to attain freedom in the next issue of the journal of energy therapy (www.learniet.com/journal_of_iet.htm) and through articles posted on our www.learniet.com website.
